Renae Wedlake  Renae is the founder of All Heart Infusion, she has dedicated her life to caring for others and has built life long friendships with many of her patients.  Madge Elmore  Madge received her BSN from UW. She has a passion of caring for children and has had a varied career, starting at Seattle Childrens' Hospital in Pediatric Rehab then returning home to Spokane to work in the PICU at Deaconess Medical Center, where she and Renae met, it was Renae that guided her through the first months in the PICU, the two quickly became friends. It was Renae who suggested Home Infusion as a career opportunity when Madge was looking for a new adventure that would accommodate her growing family. 19 years later Madge continues to learn from her patients of all ages, reveling in their resilience, courage and strength. She enjoys time at the lake with her family and of course listening and watching the Zags at every opportunity. "GO ZAGS!"

 Abby Taylor  Abby received her nursing degree in 2002 and spent 9 years at Kootenai Medical Center working as an RN on the medical, ortho-neuro, and surgical floors.  In 2011 she started her journey in Home Infusion. Abby enjoys the ability to care for her patients and loves getting to know them and their families.  In her free time Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids finding new outdoor adventures, quilting, reading, and cooking. Abby and Renae traveled to China in 2016 to provide care to orphans with special needs.

Abby received her nursing degree in 2002 and spent 9 years at Kootenai Medical Center working as an RN on the medical, ortho-neuro, and surgical floors.  In 2011 she started her journey in Home Infusion. Abby enjoys the ability to care for her patients and loves getting to know them and their families.  In her free time Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids finding new outdoor adventures, quilting, reading, and cooking. Abby and Renae traveled to China in 2016 to provide care to orphans with special needs.

 
 Julie Drozdov  Julie graduated from the WSU BSN program in 2004 and started her career as an RN at Seattle Children’s Hospital on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. In 2005, Julie and her husband Brian moved back to Spokane where she worked for the next 10 years on the Pediatric Inpatient Unit at Sacred Heart Medical Center (SHMC). In her free time Julie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter Ella, family and the many friends they have been blessed with. She also enjoys running, outdoor activities, reading and boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Karen has worked in a variety of fields, including healthcare administration, banking, financial aid, healthcare, real estate management, marketing and selling for a Health and Wellness pharmacy and now working for All Heart Infusion in Sales and Public Relations.  She and her husband have 4 children ranging in ages from 9 to 21. In Karen’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the lake, boating, motorcycle riding and spending time outdoors.
